SailPoint Engineer

The SailPoint ISC Engineer will be responsible for the full systems development life cycle, from design to implementation and support of SailPoint ISC software. This role involves analyzing complex business requirements and challenges to create high-quality technical solutions. As the primary point of contact for escalated SailPoint issues, this individual will also provide guidance to team members as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working with SailPoint, including 3+ years with SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow.
• 5+ years working with identity protocols such as LDAP, SSO/SAML, OAuth2.0, and OIDC.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of both Linux and Windows operating systems.
• In-depth understanding of identity management principles and best practices, including:
  • Privileged access management.
  • Access governance.
  • Contextual access.
  • Awareness of next-generation authentication standards and protocols.
• Experience managing enterprise directory services and collaborating with application/system owners to design solutions.
• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to independently develop innovative problem-solving approaches.
• Ability to work effectively within a high-performing team of identity and security professionals.
