St Julien Hotel & Spa is looking for talented and professional Nail Technicians to provide high-quality manicures and pedicures while ensuring that all guests enjoy a satisfying and relaxing visit to the Spa.



Essential Job Functions:

  • Review and complete all opening and closing procedures and individual responsibilities.
  • Check the computer for the daily schedule of appointments.
  • Clean and fill pedicure stations, set towels out, and arrange tools as needed for daily appointments.
  • Greet all guests by name and complete pre-session consultation with guests to confirm and explain the type of manicure and/or pedicure the guest would like.
  • Perform treatments according to current protocol.
  • Ensure that treatment is timed properly so that guests can be on time for any other Spa and/or Salon treatment(s).
  • Take responsibility for the care and satisfaction of each guest during their treatment.
  • Provide client follow-up when appropriate; explain products used and application of home care.
  • Clean area after each appointment and prepare area for next Nail Technician; keep Salon area clean and stocked.
  • Perform according to company objectives regarding sales, and work to build customer retention and repeat client requests.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of St Julien Hotel & Spa to be able to answer guest inquiries.
  • Other duties as requested by manager.


Qualifications:

  • Must be licensed in the state of Colorado.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience required. Previous experience working in a luxury spa is highly preferred.
  • Must have flexible availability and be able to work weekends and holidays.
