We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing practice. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our organization, allowing us to focus on delivering outstanding care to our patients.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain financial accuracy: Reconcile bank statements daily, manage cash postings, and prepare check deposits.
  • Payroll and accounts payable: Process bi-weekly payroll through ADP and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Financial reporting: Prepare journal entries, analyze accounts, and assist with month-end closing and year-end audits.
  • Doctor's Reimbursement: Create and manage physician reimbursement schedules.
  • Problem-solving: Address vendor issues and contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
