What you’ll be doing

  • Lead, monitor and refine quality & compliance systems, and processes, including systems for quality standards to meet required accreditation and licensing standards, such as data collection and reporting.
  • Regularly share data in a digestible format and discuss implications/trends with HNNR leaders who are closely invested in the data under review. Develop improvement plans and monitor for accountability. Escalate data findings if adequate responses are not initiated in a timely manner, or if targeted trends continue.
  • Facilitate training opportunities and education related to performance measurement and improvement. Design and develop job aids/ tools /processes as needed to ensure accurate collection of data and utilization of quality/ outcomes measurement tools. Communicate changes to quality processes to appropriate workforce members.
  • Along with entire Leadership Team, ensure ongoing conformance and preparedness for CARF-accreditation. Serve as Point Person for CARF survey and on-going accreditation processes.
  • Ensure proper compliance-related electronic health record changes, deletions, and re-assignments. Provide informal and formal trainings as needed.
  • Facilitate the required Behavioral Plan Review processes and meetings.
  • Assist with Hope Network Safety programs as needed. Monitor and develop systems for monitoring safety activities.
  • Serve as representative and collaborate with HN affiliate-level work groups, task forces and committees related to quality, compliance and safety for the larger organization. As assigned, serve as HNNR representative on state and national committees.

Anticipated Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and relevant work experience; Licensed healthcare 2-year degree accepted with additional years of experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a human service field required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in both written and verbal formats.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex work-related issues and derive solutions.
  • Experience with project and/or product management and lifecycles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite software including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate well developed organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with consumer, customers, other employees, referral sources, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate and actively support the mission of Hope Network to various audiences.
  • Ability to exercise utmost confidentiality according to HIPAA standards.
  • Prior experience using data-driven quality improvement initiatives with metrics in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience providing formal and informal training in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience working with multiple clinical disciplines preferred.
