Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Estimator. The Chief Estimator will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and managing the estimating process and team for steel fabricated and erected projects. This includes analyzing project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine the scope of work, preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, and collaborating with project teams to ensure effective project planning and execution.

Qualifications
Strong understanding of steel fabrication and erection processes and techniques
Expertise in reading and interpreting project plans, specifications, and other documentation
Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the steel construction industry is a must
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field a plus
