Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in trusts and estate law.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Paralegal certification preferred
Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Duties
Manage and maintain client files and databases
Prepare US706 tax returns
Communicate with Probate Courts
Understand Probate forms
Applying for EIN for various clients
