Job Description

Do you have experience with construction projects ranging from $5-25 million? Have you managed projects for manufacturers, warehousing, industrial facilities? This is a good opportunity for a candidate with a strong project management background in civil or structural engineering.

 

I have a similar opening for structural engineers who have experience building industrial facilities.

 

Oversee estimating, manage budgets, coordinate with subcontractors

 

Work with site superintendents, subcontractors, and owners to bring projects to completion on time and within budget

 

Manage field personnel, ensuring compliance with safety regulation, company policies, and quality standards

Qualifications

BS degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar plus at least several years of experience in managing large commercial construction projects. PE license is preferred.

 

Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials, with concrete experience being highly desirable.

 

Candidates in Tennessee, Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky, and Illinois are encouraged to apply, since this position could be a combination of work-from-home, in-office, and on-site work.
