Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct initial assessments: Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, medical history, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.

2. Develop and implement treatment plans: Create personalized treatment plans based on assessments, incorporating various therapeutic techniques and modalities to address patients' specific needs and goals.

3. Provide physical therapy interventions: Administer hands-on treatments, exercises, therapeutic activities, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, coordination, and overall physical functioning.

4. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans: Regularly assess patients' progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and document changes to ensure optimal outcomes.

5. Educate and instruct patients: Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises, activities, and strategies to promote self-management and improve overall well-being.

6. Maintain accurate documentation: Complete necessary documentation, such as progress notes, treatment records, and other required paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

7. Collaborate with healthcare professionals: Coordinate care and communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare team members to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

8. Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about advancements in the field of physical therapy, evidence-based practices, and relevant regulations to enhance professional knowledge and maintain clinical excellence.
