Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE & SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE CAREER OPPORTUNITY FOR LICENSED P & C AGENT ***Position requires excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to multi-task, computer literate, assist with customer inquiries, provide home, and auto quotes, schedule appointments, assist customers with policy management, i.e., billing inquires, make payments, execute policy changes, answer inbound calls, and make outbound calls to client to discuss discount opportunities and assess client needs. Ongoing training required due to state licensing requirements and changes in state laws. *** ***Candidate must be professional, reliable, possess good time management skills, and punctuality is required, trainable and coachable. Pleasant phone voice is of vital importance. Must have good conflict resolution skills. Must be ethical and high sense of integrity to protect sensitive client information. *** ***Customer service & marketing background is helpful but not required. *** ***Starting hourly rate is $14 an hour plus commission based on experience. *** ***Professional office work environment; hybrid opportunity may be available for a skilled candidate. *** ***Bonus opportunities available based on performance. *** ***Will hire an unlicensed candidate, but the Property & Casualty state exam must be taken and passed within 60 days of accepted offer. *** ***Candidate is required to pass a 10-year background check. *** ***Part-time & could lead to a full-time career opportunity. ***
