POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager - Digital Communications is responsible for developing and executing a digital marketing strategy that supports the MCE (Motion & Control Enterprises) and all its business units.

Job requirements are:

  • Planning and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote all MCE brands, products and services through email marketing, social media, content marketing, advertising, SEO/SEM
  • Overseeing updating and maintenance of the MCE corporate and all brand websites in coordination with the marketing director.
  • Strategizing with Business Unit General Managers and other team leaders on special initiatives to promote specific products and services within vendor requirements, in support trade shows, targeted sales campaigns, and other initiatives.
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess performance.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position requires the supervisory of a marketing associate for the development of content across all digital platforms.
  • Personnel may be added to the team in the future as the budget permits.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • BS in communications, marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook Mail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities, with an elevated level of organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with HubSpot marketing platform preferred.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
  • Applicant must provide a portfolio of experience displaying examples and references from previous experience.
