Claims Specialist - Ramsey, MN
Cloud Contents is seeking growth minded team members who are looking for a long-term, recession-proof opportunity. Cloud Contents is a full-service personal property restoration company that specializes in saving memories after a fire, water, and mold loss. We get to help people and contractors every day when people are in need of help Applicants should be motivated to serve others with a mindset of whatever it takes.


Responsibilities

  • As a team member of Cloud Contents, Claims Specialist will demonstrate to clients, customers and the community Cloud Contents is here to serve in a time of need, you will play a vital role in providing an outstanding customer experience by using negotiation skills to process a variety of estimates in a fast paced, detail-oriented, team environment. In this role, you will write up estimates, enter data into company software and submit to home owner’s insurance. As well as negotiate with home owner’s insurance adjusters until estimate is approved.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Able to Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process
  • Able to Process estimates consistently, following department policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Able to clearly communicate concise action plans, and present plans for moving the estimate to get approved.
  • Ensure estimate is brought to completion and collection in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, plan, organize and negotiate effectively.
  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Analytical skill necessary to make decisions and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to successfully negotiate an estimate.
  • Handle serious estimates including the ability to interpret related documentation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Type 40wpm+
  • Claims experience preferred but not required
  • Computer experience with related estimates and business software
  • Data entry
  • Detailed oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a whatever it takes mentality to serve our clients and customers


Job Type: Full-time/Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
Salary: $18 - $20 + Bonus
