TRISTAR is seeking a Command and Control (C2) User Interaction Expert for our government customer in Bloomington, IN,

Position Description:

• The Marine Corps requires a better way of utilizing data in tactical environments
• The current ability to quickly publish or consume data is hampered by legacy systems and complex point-to-point interfaces Changing this requires the architecting, deploying, and creating operating constructs to enable data for the new TAK-based C2PC replacement
• The tasking for the C2 User Interaction Expert would be to participate in user-focused events to gather information about how users currently use Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC) and related systems, and to help decompose the user needs, requests, complaints, and other information into recommendations for new, TAK-based C2PC replacement

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist with requirement development for new Tactical Data Orchestration Layer (TDOL)
• Participate in participating in events and tests
• Assist development team understanding current and future operational considerations for current systems and future systems
• Assist with aligning new TAK-based C2PC replacement with other services
• Assist development team understanding Data Domains and Warfighter Need

Position Requirements:

• Marine Corps veteran C2 user
• Experience on C2PC or other ground C2 systems (preferable)
• Experience on Air C2 systems (preferable)
• Experience with current active duty users and participating in events and tests
• MUST be a US Citizen
• Must have active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Security Plus certification required before start date
