  1. Machine Operator in association with producing springs of all types and sizes
  1. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Lifts and moves materials up to 50lbs
    2. Follows shop floor order instructions regarding all processes
    3. Performs first piece and subsequent inspections to ensure product is within defined standards
    4. Identifies product that does not meet specifications and notifies supervision
    5. Tests spring initial and load
    6. Sets up and operate any or all of the following equipment to produce product within customer specifications
      1. Torsion Machine
      2. Extension Machine
  1. Operates any or all of the following equipment to produce product within customer specifications
    1. Acetylene Torch
    2. Trim press
    3. Looping Machine
