Supervisory LPN will support clients and caregivers throughout our Richmond Hill/Savannah, GA territory.

Job Summary:

Under the guidance of the GA Clinical Leader and local market leadership, the Supervisory LPN collaborates with local and market teams to:

  • Perform in-home assessments to determine support and client needs
  • Conduct regularly scheduled supervisory visits of clients
  • Monitor personal care and companion care services provided by direct care staff
  • Assist in educating direct care staff to ensure quality of care
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and all related documentation

Qualifications:

  • Practical Nurse licensure in the state of Georgia
  • Current CPR certification
  • One (1) year of clinical nursing experience; home care experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic team player with a positive attitude
