Digital Marketing Associate 

Step into the future as a key leader in a dynamic high-growth sustainable ingredients company. You’ll join a fast-paced, innovative Seacoast New Hampshire producer of patented plant-based ingredients used in new generations of consumer products. The ideal candidate for this full-time, onsite position is a self-directed and energetic individual with the curiosity and confidence to execute creative digital marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will produce digital marketing campaigns that attract and engage target audiences. Hands-on success with social media marketing, video production, ecommerce, and using creative ideas to generate awareness are highly desired.  

 

Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Associate 

  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to raise awareness and understanding of Itaconix and its products with key stakeholders.  
  • Use the most effective digital methods and practices for content creation, social media management, lead generation campaigns, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and targeted ad campaigns.  
  • Produce valuable and engaging digital content that attracts target audiences.  
  • Manage and improve digital marketing channels, including websites and social media platforms. 
  • Develop broad knowledge of key Itaconix stakeholders and strong understanding of how to best engage with them.  

 

Qualifications of the Digital Marketing Associate 

  • Relevant experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns and communications. 
  • Creative ability to find, educate, and motivate target audiences to engage with Itaconix.  
  • Experience in social media for the promotion and sale of products, preferably including videos and ecommerce. 
  • Knowledge of the latest digital marketing and social media strategies, methods, and tools, including HubSpot, Google Analytics and Google Adwords. 
  • Desire to have an active role in increasing the use of safer chemicals. 
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and appreciate for great copy and witty communications. 
  • Proven ability to complete multiple projects without direct supervision.  
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, presentation, and information communications skills. 
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a field of studies related to communications. 

 

This is a full-time, onsite position in Stratham, New Hampshire.  

 

Salary starts at $60,000 or higher based on experience and capabilities with regular reviews and advancement based on performance.  Compensation includes healthcare benefits, stock options, and annual bonus potential.
