Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Clinic Services team as a Day Shift Clinic RN. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a clinic setting, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including vital signs, medical history, and current symptoms.
  • Assist healthcare providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments as needed.
  • Administer medications, vaccinations, and other prescribed therapies in accordance with clinic protocols.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
  • Coordinate patient care activities, including referrals to specialty providers, diagnostic testing, and follow-up appointments.
  • Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for clinic operations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and social workers, to optimize patient care outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities to enhance clinical practice.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in ambulatory care or clinic nursing preferred.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS certification may be required depending on clinic specialty.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
