Position: Emergency Department Nurse
Location: Neptune, NJ

Job Summary:

Our Emergency Department (ED) RNs play a crucial role in providing immediate and effective care to patients during critical situations. They must be prepared to handle a diverse range of emergencies for patients of all ages. This includes trauma cases, acute illnesses, and mental health crises. ED nurses are trained to assess patients quickly and accurately, prioritize their medical needs, and initiate timely interventions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 18 months of nursing experience in an ED environment.
  • Recent ED experience within the past six months.
  • Demonstrated competency and performance in emergency nursing practice.
  • Clinical proficiency and analytical abilities to develop effective nursing care plans.
  • Ability to perform a wide range of nursing procedures and interventions.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and hospital staff.
