Job DescriptionWe are seeking motivated and driven individual to join our Construction Administration and Management team. In this role, you will serve as an Assistant Technician/Manager, playing a pivotal part in the successful completion of construction projects that include utility infrastructure, water/sewer distribution systems, and roadways. Your responsibilities will include inspecting basic construction work, coordinating schedules, and verifying projects are completed per the project documents.
This entry-level position provides a platform for you to strengthen your understanding of construction staff, methods, practices, and programs while working under direct supervision. Your adept planning, coordination, and management skills will be instrumental in ensuring the predictability and accountability of our construction projects, making this role a valuable step towards a rewarding career in construction management.
You will travel to various job sites at different stages of construction and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.

- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or other applicable field preferred, but not required.
- The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Valid drivers license with clean driving history .
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- OSHA 10 preferred, but not required.
