Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, the Housekeeping Runner is responsible for delivering items requested by the guest in a timely manner as well as maintain cleanliness of the guest floors and common areas of the hotel, such as lobby and public bathrooms.


Hours are 11pm-7am


· Attend to guest requests such as, but not limited to, extra beds, baby cots and more.

· Ensure extra bed is well prepared before delivering to guest room along with any amenities

· Review assignment sheet and update completed assignments as well as ensure security of any assigned keys and walkie talkie

· Collect soiled linens for laundering from housekeeping carts and linen closets

· Vacuum floors, clean bathrooms and common areas.

· Restock shelves with paper supplies and restock room cleaner caddies daily. Put away all incoming supplies and deliveries.

Requirements:
  • Some previous housekeeping experience required and weekends.
  • Must have a knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
  • Ability to accurately report information.
