RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements for hospitality projects.
- Develop innovative and creative design concepts that align with client objectives and brand identity.
- Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Select appropriate FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) that meet project requirements and budget constraints.
- Utilize Revit software to create accurate 3D models and construction documentation.
- Lead project teams, providing guidance and support throughout all phases of design and construction.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and participate in business development efforts to secure new projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on hospitality projects.
- NCIDQ certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit and other design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of FF&E selection, sourcing, and procurement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
