Job Description: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Roofing Laborers. This position is ideal for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in the roofing industry and are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment. No prior experience is required; however, a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and dedication to safety are essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist roofing technicians in various tasks such as carrying materials, setting up equipment, and cleaning job sites.
  2. Learn and follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  3. Handle and organize roofing materials and tools under the guidance of experienced team members.
  4. Support team members in the installation and repair of roofing systems.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas before, during, and after projects.
  6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  1. No prior experience in roofing required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  2. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
  6. Commitment to safety and following established protocols.
  7. Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
