We are seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our growing team The Thineteam is a statewide ran real estate team ran by first responders for first responders. We specialize in helping military, first responders, teachers, nurses etc with their buying, selling, renting, and investing needs We offer state of the art CMA, team training with proven positive results, great team split along with top dollar commission earned, and a great team atmosphere solely focused on helping our clients

Responsibilities:

  • List and sell residential or commercial real estate
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Host open houses and other events
  • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
  • Educate clients on real estate procedures
  • Growing their book of business via prospecting and networking for referrals. 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
  • Agent who is a first responder/military or from a family of someone in the field is a plus
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a positive mindset and strong communication skills
  • Have a current Illinois real estate license
