The Treasury Manager will be responsible for creating new processes and implementing new systems and controls – a builder mentality is a must. You will assist in the analysis and implementation of cash management, cash flow forecasting, capital, and liquidity best practices. What you will do:
- Manage all aspects of the daily treasury operations to meet the financial obligations of the organization.
- Monitor cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling.
- Allocate cash balances, maintain investment records, and prepare expense and earnings forecasts.
- Develop and implement department policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Ensure policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements.
- Ensure that project/department milestones and goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
What we look for:
- 5-8 years of treasury experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience building new processes and/or implementing new systems.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
- Strong ability to manage multiple reporting units and accounts.
- Strong communication skills – ability to communicate to executive leadership.
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills.
- Motivated self-starter and multitasker
- Adaptable to changing environment and time pressures.
