QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10 Years Experience CNC Programming in Aerospace Manufacturing
• Expert in Master Cam 5 Axis Programming
• Expert in Setting up and Running Production on tight tolerance Aerospace Parts using CNC Lathe and 5 Axis Mill
• Proficient in Lean Practices, Eliminating Waste, Reducing Cycle Times, Improving Efficiencies
• Expert on Tooling, Milling, Turning, Drilling, etc
• Experience on HAAS CNC Lathe and Mill, Brother 5 Axis Mill Turn, and Swiss a plus

Job Duties:

• Program, setup and run production as needed on CNC lathes and mills.
• Coach, train, teach and mentor less experienced operators.
• Make recommendations and help lead improvements to cycle times and reduce waste.
• Make recommendations and help lead tooling and efficiency improvements.
• Meet with Management regularly to discuss and make recommendations for capital investments in new technology and machinery.
• Take a leadership role in the machine shop to improve machine utilization, reduce down time and improve efficiency.
