Seeking an experienced CNC Tool Grinder with ANCA 5-Axis CNC Grinding experience. Excellent pay and benefits.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years ANCA 5-Axis CNC grinding experience
  • Ability to program under Anca Simulation Software a Plus
  • Experience with Various tool Inspection Equipment
  • Experience with Zoller Inspection a plus
  • Experience grinding carbide and HSS materials
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Ability to understand programs and set up jobs with little supervision
  • Ability to manufacture special tooling to print as well as regrind used tooling
  • Knowledge of cutting tools and their materials, geometries and coatings
  • Must demonstrate a strong detail orientation and have the ability to accurately produce quality products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong math skills
  • Must be able to read precision measuring instruments
  • Ability to manage and work well with others in a team environment
  • Proficient in blue print reading
  • Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time
  • Knowledge of CNC Tool Grinders with the ability to write, read, interpret, and adjust programs as necessary to sharpen tooling

 

 

 

Requirements

 

1. 3 or more years of ANCA 5-Axis CNC Grinding experience.
