Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Enablement intern to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be to support our sales team by maintaining accurate data in our Infor CRM system, leveraging tools such as Seamless.AI to enhance sales intelligence, providing valuable support in crafting targeted messaging, and actively engaging with key target accounts through email and phone communication to qualify and update key stakeholders.

Requirements for the Role:

Must be able to work in-office at our Austin HQ.

Must be able to work from June 1 – August 31. The start and end date may be open for negotiation depending on circumstances.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain data integrity in our Infor CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Utilize Seamless.AI to gather and update sales intelligence on key accounts, including contact information, company details, and relevant insights.

Assist in taking comprehensive notes during sales meetings, ensuring that important information and action items are documented accurately.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine targeted messaging for different customer segments and personas.

Proactively engage with key target accounts through email and phone communication to qualify and update key stakeholders, identifying decision-makers, influencers, and other relevant contacts.

Conduct thorough research on target accounts to understand their business needs, challenges, and priorities, and tailor communication accordingly.

Work closely with the sales team to prioritize and strategize outreach efforts, maximizing engagement and conversion opportunities.

Oversee data compilation from various sources including email servers, website servers, and CRM systems, then leverage data clustering techniques to derive actionable insights.

Help create lead lists for outbound sales campaigns in the domestic market and in a new target market in South America.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, OR University Transcript showing progress towards degree completion.

What stands out to us in an application:

Proven experience working with CRM systems, preferably Infor CRM, and proficiency in data management and analysis.

Familiarity with sales intelligence tools such as Seamless.AI or similar platforms.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with key stakeholders through email and phone communication.

Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Prior experience in sales support or enablement roles, particularly in email and phone outreach, is preferred but not required.

Spanish speaking proficiency and writing is a substantial benefit.
