Position Available: Groundskeeper/Porter
Description: We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as groundskeepers/porters. While prior experience is not required, it is certainly advantageous. We offer weekly pay and ample opportunities for professional growth within our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Painting both interior and exterior surfaces
- Enhancing curb appeal by collecting trash and power washing
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the grounds
- Cleaning and preparing units for new occupants
- Assisting with minor maintenance tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in general cleaning, janitorial work, or labor is preferred
- Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining high standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
