We offer a wide variety of positions, both part time and full time, at 4 locations around the St. Matthews and Springhurst areas. These positions require as little as 10 hours per week to join our team. Starting pay is based on the hours willing to work each week:

Part Time:
* Additional scheduling and availability flexibility
* 50% off employee discount

Full Time Year Round employment:
* $16.00/hr.
* Medical insurance benefits available after 30 days of employment.
* Paid time off accrual after 60 days of employment.
* Set schedule weekly
* Guaranteed 1 week off each year
* 50% off employee discount

Our Restaurant Team Members are the face of our company and are the first step in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests. The Restaurant Team Member's responsibility is to continually interface with guests to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service as well as produce and monitor the quality of food, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Prior experience as customer service, cashier, restaurant crew member, team member, kitchen team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred.

Requirements/Responsibilities

This is a non-customer facing position, though occasional customer interaction is to be expected. Shifts are from 5:45 am - 1:45 pm, up to 5 days per week.

* Be on your feet for up to 4 hours without a break.
* Work outside in a variety of weather conditions for up to 4 hours.
* Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
* Have their own reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities Include

* Sweeping parking lot and cleaning exterior areas of building
* Inventory organization
* Dishwashing
* Cleaning and stocking of necessary items before, during and after shifts.
