Jewelry Salesperson

We are the Coastal Bend's favorite family-owned and operated jeweler since 1989. Our independent, family-owned business has been built with the attitude of serving our customers with the utmost respect and honesty. Pharaoh's Jewelers supply the South Texas area with fine jewelry and creative designs. Our experienced dedicated, friendly staff is devoted to the customer's service needs including design, maintenance, repair, watch repair, as well as appraisals. Our highest priority is our customer's satisfaction.

Pharaoh’s Jewelers is currently seeking sales professionals who are self-motivated and looking for an opportunity to grow with our company. We pride ourselves in great customer service, so our employees must interact well with people, have a positive attitude, and be willing to learn.

Qualifications

• Communication skills: ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management. Able to communicate on the telephone with proper etiquette.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Able to use a calculator. Must be able to calculate percentages and ratios.
• Excellent customer service
• Friendly personality and creative mind
• Willing to learn
• Honest and consistent work ethic
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior retail sales experience preferred
• Must be able to work independently and on a team

Duties:

• Meet monthly sales goals individually and as a team
• Handle sales transactions with our Point Of Sale system
• Must be able to take in Jewelry and Watch repairs
• Must clean and keep show room looking presentable
• Merchandising, displaying, and restocking cases
• Inventory counts and procedures
• Update store website
• Proactively educate himself/herself on product knowledge
