If so, we have an exciting career opportunity available for a Dentist at Lima Community Dental

 

HOURS: Part-time (M&T, 8am-5pm) or full-time (M-W, 8a-5pm and TH, 8am-3pm)

LOCATION: Lima Community Dental (LCD), 1702 Allentown Road, Lima, OH 45805

 

WE ARE:

  • A private practice, owned by two doctors who are kind, passionate and exceptional to work with and for
  • The doctors and staff are committed to improving the health and lives of our patients through high quality, evidence-based dental care.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited university
  • Ability to provide general practice dentistry, along with extractions, some endodontics, crowns, bridge
  • Interest in working a full schedule at a rapid pace to serve our wonderful patient population
  • Work and lead a team of dental professionals and be a strong partner to the Office Manager
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to student doctors who rotate through our office nine months during the year

YOU WILL:

  • Have the opportunity to work independently, as well as collaborate with other highly skilled general dentists and specialists who provide care throughout our group.
  • Have the support of a knowledgeable, well-trained clinical and administrative team and access to some of the most current technology available (Cerec, 3D CBCT, etc.)

WE PROVIDE:

  • A part-time (2 days per week) or full-time (4 days per week) opportunity
  • Attractive compensation, ($250,000+) a benefits package, possible sign-on bonus or relocation assistance
  • 9 operatories, 12 teammates and 1-2 doctors in the practice
  • Patient care to Medicaid patients as well as those in nine PPOs and cash-pay patients
  • Supportive, team-oriented environment with a focus on ethical patient care
  • A team leader to assist in team and practice management and owner doctors who are passionate about investing in associates through education and clinical growth
