Job Summary


Collaborative ABA Services, LLC is expanding their team to include an additional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for overseeing and managing the direct implementation of skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans by the Behavior Technicians in the home and community settings. The BCBA will conduct routine assessments to guide treatment planning and monitor client progress. The BCBA will provide parent/caregiver training to promote generalization of skills outside of counseling sessions. The BCBA will also provide staff training on Applied Behavior Analysis and supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs.

We are currently providing in-home, clinic, and school based ABA Services within Middlesex, Hartford, Tolland Counties, and Meriden areas. The BCBA Position can be part-time or full-time with a flexible schedule. Remote work may be available based on the needs of the client and insurance approval.


Job Duties


  • Conduct clinical assessments to guide the development of programming based on Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Develop and regularly update ABA programs for clients based on assessments and analysis of data/behavior
  • Complete functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
  • Oversee in-home and community implementation of ABA programming including treatment fidelity and data collection
  • Provide training to staff and families on Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Complete monthly progress reports and reassessments for insurance authorizations
  • Document child's behaviors and skill progress using electronic data collection software
  • Participate in trainings to promote professional development and quality ABA services to clients
  • Collaborate with supervisory staff
  • Maintain respect and confidentiality of clients
  • Maintain and protect the well-being of clients during treatment sessions
  • Ongoing clinical support provided
Job Qualifications


  • Education: Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Current BCBA Certification and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Connecticut
  • Experience: Previous experience working with children/adolescents with special needs including Autism using ABA focused interventions as a BCBA in the home and community settings
  • Must be willing to travel to client homes in Middlesex, Hartford, and/or Tolland Counties
  • Willing to provide supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs as indicated by the BACB
  • Must have reliable transportation and automobile insurance

Physical Demands
