Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years full time paid professional experience using ESRI, CAD, or other 2D / 3D Software.
  • Minimum 3 years full time paid professional experience with large scale construction data integration efforts involving an Enterprise Program Management Software.
  • Minimum 5 years full time paid professional experience in data processing and software management within construction projects.
  • Knowledge of construction organization, terminology, financial structure, and workflow.
  • Experience in writing technical work instructions and training construction personnel at various levels in a project team.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Trains users in the proper use of various systems and new integrated processes.
  • Tests integrations from user perspective and participates in software pilots.
  • Administers Program Management Database with respect to security and user profiles, custom fields, statuses, and forms.
  • Administers CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) System supporting Facility Tabular and Spatial Data.
  • Organizes software needs, devise solutions, and maintain software and hardware systems.
  • Develops and modifies custom reports

PMCS Group’s project portfolio also includes numerous public facility projects, such as the Port of Long Beach Fireboat Station 20 project, major water resource projects, including the City of LA / LAWA Argo Drain Sub-Basin Facility Project, and major educational projects, like the California State University Long Beach Parkside North Housing Residence Project. We bring extensive transportation and infrastructure project experience, including our work as a joint venture partner on LACMTA’s Purple Line Project and our work on LA County Department of Public Works’ Santa Anita dam.
