Key Responsibilities:
- **Client Consultation:** Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
- **Market Analysis:** Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- **Property Listings:** Create and manage property listings, including detailed descriptions, high-quality photographs, and virtual tours.
- **Sales and Acquisitions:** Assist clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties.
- **Negotiation:** Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes.
- **Transaction Management:** Oversee the entire transaction process, from initial consultation to closing, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- **Networking:** Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, including developers, contractors, and other real estate professionals.
- **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service and maintain ongoing communication with clients to build long-term relationships.
-Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.

Qualifications:
- Willingness and Desire to Learn

- Finance or Real Estate Background Preferred

Skills:
- Self Motivated with Ability to be Trained Commission Only
- Strong knowledge of local and regional real estate markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
