Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for an experienced MAZAK CNC Machinist Programmer-operator to join our shop. Benefits will start after 3 months probation. 

Hourly pay is commensurate based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and interpret 2D and 3D drawings
  • Create CNC programs for new parts as needed
  • Create and maintain setup/instruction sheets for new programs
  • Operate multiple CNC MAZAK Mill machines including loading of parts, operating controls
  • Follow company machining processes and other documented procedures
  • Follow safety rules and regulations
  • Must be able to read shop job drawings
  • Be a good communicator
  • Maintain and clean the machine that they are working on
  • Maintain a clean workplace
  • Must be able to read and write English

Requirements:

  • 3-5 yr. experience with CNC mill programming and operating
  • Able to work 7 am-4 pm, overtime as needed
  • Monday- Friday. Saturday only as needed
  • Team player work environment is a must
  • The ideal candidate will have their own tools and toolbox
