Apartment Shop Steward

The Kamson Corporation, a top-tier Property Management Company, seeks a full-time Apartment Shop Steward for our community Blackwood, NJ.

The position will require computer skills, professionalism and excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS: (including, but not limited to)

1. Must have general working knowledge of building maintenance and supplies. Some relevant experience and/or educational training is required
2. Must possess strong technical skills
3. Most possess basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and lock-smith skills
4. Must have good customer service skills
5. Must be able to handle problems in a professional, calm, and productive manner when dealing with different personality types
6. Must possess the ability to meet deadlines and complete work on time
7. Must possess the ability to follow instructions
8. Must be able to work well independently, as well as part of a team.
9. Must be well organized.
10. computer skills, word processing, property management software desired.
11. Must be able to work flexible hours and handle off hour emergencies
12. Must have a set of basic personal hand tools
