Maintenance Technician

Duncan, SC

1st shift

Starting Pay $23

Looking for a qualified maintenance personnel with experience mainly but not limited to maintenance of machining equipment, vacuum furnaces, high pressure furnaces in tungsten carbide parts manufacturing facility.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and repairs equipment on daily basis. Plant equipment includes but not limited to Dorst powder compacting presses, and vacuum furnaces
  • Creates preventive maintenance schedules and executes them
  • Understands electrical codes and can work in high voltage, high current areas
  • Fosters safe work environment & continuous improvement
  • Basic facility maintenance as required

Maintenance Technician Work Experience:

  • 3 plus years of relevant experience required
  • Knowledge and experience of high voltage, high power equipment required
  • Work experience in tungsten carbide plant is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of basic facility maintenance required
