Elementary Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Math Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics education, a love for working with upper elementary school students, and the ability to create engaging and interactive lessons that foster a love for learning.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver comprehensive math lessons aligned with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and academic success
- Assess student learning and progress through formative and summative assessments
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students and provide additional support or enrichment as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student learning and academic achievement
- Implement instructional strategies that enhance mathematical thinking, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking abilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- MUST HOLD a valid teaching certification in Elementary Education
- Previous experience teaching mathematics at the elementary level
- Knowledge of current educational trends, best practices, and standards in math instruction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to utilize technology to enhance math instruction and assessment
