Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Odessa, TX. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and repair of all equipment and premises according to the maintenance plan to ensure the continuity of production in our manufacturing center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plants and equipment according to the plan and maintenance procedures.
  • Identify and troubleshoot faults, and recommend the best methods for rectification.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance operations, prepare reports, and propose procedures for improvement.
  • Use and maintain correct tooling and equipment, reporting any damages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and stores.

Requirements:

  • Professional education in a relevant discipline (mechanical, instrumentation, or electrical).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Legal certification for electrical work.
  • Ability to work autonomously, coach junior staff, and interact with industrialization for procedure improvements.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance of all tools.
  • Ability to anticipate and alert hierarchy of any discrepancies or incompatibilities between planning, progress, and guidelines.
