We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team Our therapist needs to be a self-motivated, organized individual with an advanced degree in physical therapy from an APTA-accredited physical therapy program. (NEW GRADS ARE WELCOME) Individual must have (or be eligible for) a current PA state license. We are looking for full-time position for Outpatient setting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
- Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
- Record and document patient care services.
- Visiting Medical doctor's to develop relationship.
- Weekly meeting to improve and enhance reach and quality of care.
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to build rapport with patients and providers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
