Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand and Supply Coordination: Lead the coordination between demand forecasting, supply planning, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across all departments.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify potential supply chain disruptions, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to maintain seamless operations.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine process metrics, design process flow diagrams, and drive improvements in forecasting and supply chain management systems.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and collaborate closely with production sites to ensure adequate raw materials and finished goods availability.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is required; an MBA, Master's degree, or APICS certification is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in supply chain planning or analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment (beverage, food, or consumer products).
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle, along with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability in data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement in a fast-paced setting.
  • Location: This position is 100% onsite at our headquarters.
