Immediate opening to fill position of Microbiologist.

Education: Associate degree in science or college graduate with degree in science.

Minimum 1 to 2 years micro lab work experience in food industry, dietary supplement industry or Pharmaceutical industry.

Job description:

• Set up routine samples for full micro testing (TAMC, Yeast and mold, pathogens) on daily basis

• Order lab supplies

• Instrument calibration and maintenance planning

• Preferable but not a must: experience in water testing, air sampling and testing, environmental monitoring sampling and testing, cleaning validation sampling and testing

• Computer knowledge is a must, outlook, office etc

• Self-awareness to learn

• basic math and detail oriented
