Consulting Arborist

As a Consulting Arborist you will focus on developing, growing and supporting CM Tree Service & Removal LLC to serve existing and new customers. This role will involve spending time with clients and prospects to diagnose and monitor landscapes, as well as estimating jobs and providing work orders to the crew once work has been accepted by the customer. You will be the direct link between the property owner and our field staff. You will become an integral part of the health and safety of the property. You’ll set up crews, validate the work is being performed, and ensure jobs are completed to clients' satisfaction, as well as obtain referrals, network, and develop new business. Job Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects
• Identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans and strategies
• Provide technical advice and guidance to customers
• Assist in developing bid requests, proposals, and estimates
• Document customer notes, contacts and sales activities
• Perform other duties as assigned
