Industrial Maintenance Technician

Temp to perm position with a locally & family-owned company that takes good care of their employees.

Pay Rate: $18.00 and up into $20's, depending on experience

50-60 hours/week so PLENTY OF OT

2 Shifts Offered:

  • Night Shift: Monday through Friday: 6:00 pm to 6:00 am (includes shift diff) OR
  • M-F 2PM - 12AM if that works better

This is a hands-on position that requires you to be out in the plant working on industrial machinery in a non-climate-controlled environment

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work on heavy industrial machinery.
  • Preferred experience with motors, pneumatic tools, hydraulic systems, single phase and three phase electricity, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions. This experience is a plus but not required.
  • Exposure/Interest in the areas of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical
  • Interest in developing skills in industrial maintenance, industrial technology, mechanical drawing, math, computer programming, electronics, or another related field
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Should possess strong manual dexterity

We are a non-climate-controlled facility, must be open to working overtime weekends as projects require. We offer benefits after 90 days Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K.
