Job Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Tech Assistant to join our team You will be preparing and performing professional interior cabinet painting jobs in a residential setting with your lead.

You are looking to be part of an energetic and effective team. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality service to customers. A positive attitude is a must

Responsibilities:

• Paint using a proper applicator occasionally (paint sprayer) while utilizing proper painting techniques
• Interact professionally with customers, evaluating requests, troubleshooting issues, and describing work orders as needed
• Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects
• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary
• Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks
• Inspect paint jobs for quality
• Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment
• communicate with management daily
• update job progress to company crm as requested
• Cleaning and sanding cabinet frames and doors
• driving to job site to help prep kitchens for spraying
• installing cabinet doors

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential (airless) painting and/or remodeling/home repair (install molding, light carpentry experience) WILL TRAIN
• basic knowledge with power tools a must
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
