We are currently seeking a Senior Architect with a strong background in retail or commercial architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate architect with proficiency in design software, AUTOCAD, and 3dmax or REVIT. The ability to effectively communicate design ideas and collaborate with clients and team members is essential. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Develop architectural designs and plans for retail and commercial projects.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Utilize design software, AUTOCAD, and 3dmax or REVIT to create detailed drawings and renderings.

Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.

Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to ensure quality and compliance with design standards.

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

Previous experience in retail or commercial architecture preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bilingual english/spanish.
