Abrasive Blaster

We are currently seeking a Detail oriented individual who has experience in abrasive blasting or related position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating our abrasive blasting equipment specifically tailored for cleaning Swiss CNC parts. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a strong commitment to maintaining the integrity of delicate components.

Key Responsibilities: 

·         Learn how to set up and operate abrasive blasting equipment to clean Swiss CNC parts properly.

·         Select appropriate abrasive media and adjust blasting parameters to ensure effective cleaning while preventing damage to precision-machined surfaces.

·         Inspect Swiss CNC parts before and after blasting to ensure quality standards are met and identify any issues or defects.

·         Mask critical surfaces and features of Swiss CNC parts to protect them from abrasive contact during the blasting process.

·         Maintain cleanliness and organization of the blasting area, including proper disposal of waste materials and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications: 

·         Previous experience operating abrasive blasting equipment, preferably in a precision machining environment is a plus.

·         Candidate must have a strong work ethic, the want to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly.

·         Strong attention to detail, as this requires a meticulous mindset.

·         Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
