Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe role includes, but is not limited to, the following:
The optician will help patients picking out frames and lenses. This also includes going over insurance benefits for frame and lens allowance. Submitting insurance codes for glasses, lenses, and exam. The optician will also dispense and do any adjustments on the glasses as the need arises. As we are a small office the role also includes front desk. Front desk is checking in patients, making appointments, pulling insurance benefits, and answering the phone.
We are willing to train the right person in this role.
