Restaurant Depot, a national wholesale restaurant supplier is currently seeking an experienced Sales & Field Marketing Representative for our upcoming location in Rohnert Park, CA. Outside sales/marketing experience a must. Food Service and Restaurant experience a big plus. Must have excellent interaction skills as you will be visiting with business customers on a daily basis marketing our concept and ensuring they are aware of us and shopping in our store. Bilingual (Spanish speaking) candidates also a plus. Position requires reliable transportation as you will be in field on a daily basis. - Provide guidance and coaching to address performance issues and ensure professional growth.
3. Performance Analysis:
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the distribution center's productivity and efficiency in a cold storage context.
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly.
4. Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with the Logistics team to manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and reduce carrying costs, taking into account the challenges of cold storage.
5. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, especially within the unique cold storage environment.
- Promote a safe working environment by enforcing proper safety protocols and conducting regular safety training.
6. Process Improvement:
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer service within a cold storage context.
- Implement best practices, technology solutions, and automation to drive process improvements.
