Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Troy, MI. As a Solar PV Electrical Intern at ecojiva LLC, you will be responsible for supporting the electrical team in designing, installing, and maintaining solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist in conducting site surveys, performing electrical calculations, creating electrical designs, assisting with equipment procurement, and assisting with quality control inspections.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
  • Knowledge of solar PV system components and electrical systems
  • Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainable solutions
