Job Summary:

One of our clients is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing diesel engines and vehicles as well as other non diesel equipment.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines and vehicles

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

- Conduct brake repairs and tire services

- Troubleshoot issues using schematics and diagnostic equipment

- Service and repair industrial equipment

- Operate heavy equipment for maintenance purposes

- Align and suspend heavy-duty vehicles

- Maintain accurate records of all repairs

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role

- Knowledge of diesel engine components and systems

- Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics

- Experience with equipment repair, including industrial machinery

- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation

- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
